“Intervals of Pause” was a collection created during the pandemic, a time when many of us were wrestling with a new way of being in the world. It was a time of unknowns and newfound anxieties, confusion and a desperation for hope. While the majority of the painting is shrouded in shadow, there is still hope there- a hope for clarity, and a hope for the lifting of darkness.
